Barre Sculpt offer low impact classes which focus on small precise movements. Each of our classes incorporate high repetitions of classic dance and pilates moves, targeting specific muscles groups and working them to the point of fatigue.

Attending regular classes will boost your metabolism and burn calories, even while you are resting. Regular classes can also improve posture, decrease the risk of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, osteoporosis and diabetes.
Helena has been dancing from the age of 4 years old and began her professional training at the age of 16, studying at The Northern Ballet School.
Graduating in 2010 and awarded a Trinity Diploma in Professional Dance she was lucky enough to travel the world, performing as a professional dancer.
Helena has reaped the benefits from Pilates throughout her dance career, which inspired her to train further in this field, qualifying in Level 3 Mat Pilates and High Intensity Pilates. Helena trained in Booty Barre, a fusion of Dance, Pilates and fitness, created by world-renowned fitness and wellness expert Tracey Mallett.
In 2019 Helena decided to broaden her knowledge and was accredited with a level 3 award in adapting exercise and Pilates for Pre & Post Natal clients.
Other qualifications include: Level 3 Anatomy and physiology, Level 2 exercise to music and Booty Barre Sculpt.

Alicia has practiced various dance styles from ballet, jazz and tap for over 30 years. She has taught children the value of health and exercise for over 10 years.
Alicia then decided to broaden her knowledge by completing Nvq level 2 & 3 in Mat Pilates and then went on further to study High Intensity Pilates. Giving her a broad understanding from beginners through to advanced. Alicia then went on to complete her BootyBarre & Booty Barre Sculpt qualification. In 2019 Alicia also achieved her level 3 award in adapting exercise and specifically Pilates for Pre and Post Natal clients.
